Secret Service 18 Code 3056 Subsection D and Code 1752

The Dan Bongino Show.Listen to the shortened video, as he reads an article from WAPO of Trump going to prison

He says, “folks we’ve got a problem!the Secret Service has absolute federal authority to stop the President from going in…or former President from being put in a dangerous situation, which would be a prison. I’m going to show you right here legally, not my opinion, that the SS has the authority….

He says a lot more!

Must Listen. Good luck Bidan and Jack Smith!.

Dan has said this before, I’m glad he repeated it. He said before the SS would be living in Prison with him and there would be a lot more of them, if it ever happened! Since they have the federal authority its doubtful he’ll be put there.

‘American’ holiday proposed in Ukraine

The bill to establish Thanksgiving comes after Kiev changed the date of Christmas

A member of President Vladimir Zelensky’s party has introduced a bill that would establish Thanksgiving as a public holiday in Ukraine, in line with “highly developed countries” he did not name.

Bill 9574, introduced in the Verkhovna Rada on Monday, woulddesignate October 22 as a national holiday, in order to “raise gratitude to a national level (as it is done in some highly developed countries), when each person will have an official opportunity to give thanks to all those whom he wishes to do so.”

The date was chosen because it falls during the “the autumn season, rich in the harvest of fruit and vegetables” that will “contribute to the introduction of the tradition of celebrating this holiday at the family table,” according to the proposal.

While the MP who introduced the bill, Georgy Mazurashu, did not name the “highly developed countries,” only the US celebrates Thanksgiving as a public holiday. A handful of countries where a similar holiday is observed by some communities – Brazil, the Philippines, Liberia – have copied it from the Americans, with the exception of Canada, which has its own version.

While the American version of the holiday is best known around the world, due to its depictions in films and popular culture, the date of Mazurashu’s holiday iscloser to the Canadian Thanksgiving, which most provinces observe on the second Monday of October.

Both the US and Canada are major sponsors of the current government in Kiev, and Canada is home to a substantial Ukrainian diaspora that fled to the West after the defeat of Nazi Germany and its allies in WW2.

The Thanksgiving proposal comes just a week or so after Ukraine officially rescheduled the celebrations of Christmas, from January 7 to December 25, citing the need to “reject Russian traditions and fortify national unity in Ukraine.” Most Orthodox Christian churches follow the Julian calendar, which differs from the Gregorian calendar adopted by Catholics and Protestants by 13 days.

Mazurashu is a former athlete and sports journalist who has represented the southwestern province of Chernovtsy – on the border with Romania and Moldova – since 2019. Prior to this, he was mostly known for co-sponsoring the controversial Bill 7351 in May 2022. The draft law, never adopted, proposedallowing military commanders to summarily execute soldiers for insubordination.

Ex-Austrian FM moves to small Russian village

Former Austrian top diplomat Karin Kneissl had to leave her homeland back in 2022 following death threats

The former head of the Austrian Foreign Ministry, Karin Kneissl, has attended a local cultural festival in a small village in central Russia, after recently renting a house in the area, a local media outlet reported on Tuesday.

Kneissl was filmed talking to the village residents and making a small speech at the annual ‘Height of Summer’ cultural festival, which is held in the village of Petrushevo in Ryazan Region. The former Austrian top diplomat praised the “super-positive atmosphere” at the event and recalled her own life in a “small Austrian village.”

According to the Vid Sboku news media outlet, the village has becomepopular among foreigners willing to stay in Russia, and some French citizens have bought several houses in the area.

The politician told the media outlet that she planned to stay in the village for at least a month but “knows nothing” about her future beyond that. “I had to leave my old life behind and start anew. That is not easy when you’re 60,” she added.

The former foreign minister had to leave her homeland back in 2022 after receiving death threats, telling the Washington Post in July 2022 that she was no longer giving interviews because of these circumstances.

After serving as Austria’s foreign minister between 2017 and 2019, Kneissl was nominated for a position at the Russian oil giant Rosneft in March 2021, becoming the first woman on the company’s board. She was also a contributor at RT, writing opinion pieces on Russia’s relationship with the West, as well as other issues.

After the EU joined the US in imposing sanctions against Moscow over the conflict in Ukraine, Kneissl was forced to resign from the Rosneft board. The day before she did so, the European Parliament passed a resolution calling for personal sanctions against European politicians still holding ties to Russian businesses, with Kneissl and Germany’s former chancellor, Gerhard Schroeder, mentioned by name.

After leaving her homeland, the politician first moved to France but had to flee after “agitation” from Austria caught up with her there as well. In June 2022, she traveled to Lebanon, where she received a residence permit and stayed for at least six months, according to her personal website.

Kneissl said “it was not easy to come” to Russia but she was seeking “to find her own way.” In June, it was revealed that she was offered a position as the head of a new Russian think tank, the Geopolitical Observatory for Russia’s Key Issues (GORKI).

Established as a division of the St. Petersburg State University, the think tank focuses on West Asia studies and energy issues.

Kiev strikes residential districts of Donetsk – authorities

Ukraine’s forces have been shelling the city since morning, according to the acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic

Ukraine’s armed forcesfired over a hundred shells at residential areas of the Russian city of Donetskthought the early hours of Tuesday, according to Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) officials.

The acting head of the republic, Denis Pushilin, reported in the morning that the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) had registeredover 40 waves of shelling and the launch of 148 munitionsat several Donetsk districts, using 122mm rocket artillery as well as 152mm Soviet and 155mm NATO rounds.

Mayor Aleksey Kulemzin later said on Telegram that the attacks were continuing. According to the official, a number of civilians were injured and several buildings, including a school, severely damaged in the Ukrainian bombardments. He said one building had been completely destroyed as a result of a fire.

The exact number of civilians injured in the strikes and their current condition remains unknown, but according to reports, they include a driver and two employees of an waste management company whose garbage truck had been directly hit by a Ukrainian shell. Kulemzin also said another civilian vehicle was hit by the shells, injuring three more people.

Donetsk and other Donbass cities have suffered from Ukrainian artillery strikes claiming numerous civilian lives since 2014, when the region broke away from Kiev after a Western-backed coup.

Over the years, Ukraine’s military established heavily fortified positions around the city. Attacks intensified after the launch of Moscow’s military operation against Kiev in February 2022, leaving scores of civilians killed and inflicting major damage on infrastructure.

Last week, Ukrainian forces reportedly used cluster munitions during yet another round of attacks, triggering fires in three districts and damaging the Donetsk University of Economics and Trade as well as several apartment buildings. During the week, at least four people were reported killed and ten injured by Ukrainian bombardment of Donbass.

(When will the UN and Allies denounce the shelling of residential districts?)
