Anon has (not so surprising) news from the hospital front: the fucks in charge must be getting nervous or looking for data points, because all of a sudden the ER I frequent is super fucking concerned about blood transfusion history for all incoming patients, even if familiar. Now they'd casually ask in the past, and I mean the recent past too, but this was above and beyond now, like a recently learned paranoia. All the nurses I spoke with said they've never seen such a busy summer, and hell, they're not kidding: ER was full all day. 9 hours to get a room after a fairly quick and routine admission (long story). To top things off, young woman came into the bed next to fam and guess what? Chest pains! Just found out today too that an old coworker passed away from turbo-cancer about a year or so ago. Vaxxed. Not very old and fit that anon knew. Shit's fucked, I really do think it's happening. God help us…
