Ballot Scanners Malfunction because they were programmed, that when they receive an error, they set a timer delay function that will spit the ballot back out in about 30 seconds to a minute. The Chinese ballots were smaller and they were handed out once they cross check your ID as a Trump supporter. They did this on Long Island, NY and I reported it here to the Q team at that time. They have a compromised poll watcher then rush the voter out so they do not witness the ejection. Paper ballots can be just as easily compromised as electronic, but electronic could be programmed to be just as good if not better than financial transactions processes but no one wants to bother.

Let me repeat this, here once again, they will always come up with new ways to cheat. If an election can be replayed with the exact results then you have a real multi-million transaction processing system that is fail proof.
