I haven’t really heard of people who lost their First Amendment Rights by why of Justice and Jury… (cancel culture and corrupt “Just-Us” is not really the same).
That all said, my thoughts are about the appropriate corrective action for those who so knowingly tried to use the Bill of Rights to destroy the Bill of Rights???????
