Any anons nutrition literate or just plain interested? Probably not the top subject on people's minds atm, but anon is working out possible healthy food sources in a global food supply crash. Some things I'm considering are possibly quite counter-intuitive to put it mildly.
Top consideration is FAT as primary source of calories. This sounds bad, but is it? Yesterday the alpha-gal "meat allergy" was a topic on the board. This allergy, which seems to be insect bite and/or vaccine induced makes it hard to eat meat. However, a fat such as lard has negligible protein in it? Even if the pigs are mRNA injected would their lard still be a possible food source due to the possibly extremely low protein content?
How about fatty fish? Sardines are still available packed in water for about $1.10 for 5 ounces in my region.
Anon has a couple of books about topics like the ketogenic diet. Maybe hoping to continue eating grains much longer isn't the best plan, but a grain free diet has some benefits?
