It's diversity gone wrong, pill heads, meth heads, and a plethora of losers. Why would anyone live in Florida? Well at least we're cash buyers. South Carolina is looking pretty good as an alternative.

Just waiting for intrest rates to top out and prices to adjust accordingly with the high rates and adjustable mortgages to force sales below market value. The real question is how long for shit to bottom out….
