Anon I' was working on my site a bit today - specifically the way I was using Moment.js - and I check the source for your site to see how you were doing it. I saw you are using "America/Panama". Panama is EST but doesn't use Daylight savings time which may be why you are having some posts show up as being an hr off. Try "America/New_York" instead.

Moment should handle all that for you. As long as you set the timezone right it's DST aware.
