You keep asking what do we see? Why no black faces.

Look at the Census. There are only 3 percent black in ND.

So you should be see only 3 out of 100 people there as black if all blacks were Republican. And they arent.

Therefore if you see 1 in 100 its about right. for the population of that state.

So just stop it. It's not about skin color.
