No more indemnity – we will chase you until you are held accountable!

Rapper Zuby, in a very well-delivered address in 2022 at CPAC, observed that most politicians don’t care if people die—and he is correct. Most politicians don’t care if people die.

There’s no royal commission. There’s no Senate inquiry. There’s no access to contracts—they’re commercial-in-confidence we’re told. Years after they were signed, they’re still commercial-in-confidence. Taxpayers paid for the injections, yet we cannot see what we paid for. We can’t even see how much we paid. Censorship. What are they hiding?

Bill Gates paid for censorship in the mouthpiece Big Brother media that is often owned by the same people who own Pfizer. Bill Gates paid for censorship across social media. Gates is an investor in big pharma—a massive investor in big pharma—and a massive contributor to the World Health Organization, the UN’s World Health Organization.

I hold the whole Senate accountable, apart from six senators withstanding the catcalls.

At last Thursday’s Senate inquiry into anti-discrimination bills—one of which was moved by Senator Hanson and another one by Senator Canavan, Senator Antic and Senator Rennick—four of the five senators grilling Pfizer, Moderna and the TGA were from Queensland. Four, plus Senator Antic. Pfizer did not know where to go.

Clearly Pfizer, Moderna and the TGA all disgraced themselves and showed themselves to be inhuman. Clearly none feel accountable for the deaths, the chronic and crippling injuries, the severe injuries—not federal government or its health departments, not the state premiers or their health departments, not employers mandating injections. No-one takes accountability.

We will chase you until you are held accountable.

As a servant to the many different people who make up our one Queensland community, I speak in support of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Amendment (Vaccine Indemnity) Bill 2023, because with indemnity comes impunity, and this parliament needs huge doses of accountability to change it from exploiting the people and return it to serving the people.

The main process for distributing vaccines in Australia is through the National Immunisation Program. Section 9B of the National Health Act 1953 allows the minister for health to provide, or arrange for the provision of, injections for distribution through the National Immunisation Program. Injections distributed via the National Immunisation Program must be listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. The purchase of injections occurs through the Commonwealth entering into supply contracts with the relevant pharmaceutical companies. These arrangements would include the amount of compensation the Commonwealth is liable to pay in exchange for the injections and are generally subject to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules…..

The evidence is overwhelming. No more indemnity for Big Pharma. - Senate 10.8.23

Yesterday I spoke in favour of removing indemnity for pharmaceutical companies.

The moment you remove risk you can guarantee shortcuts will be taken. And that’s exactly what happened with Pfizer.

Pfizer took shortcuts in both testing for safety and efficacy.

They also lied to cover up injuries and the efficacy of the jab in stopping transmission and infection.

Governments are meant to protect people not corporations. They need to be held to account.

Jack Smith Wants Trump Trial to Start Jan. 2, 2024 — Right Before Iowa Caucuses

Special Counsel Jack Smith told a federal court in Washington, D.C., on Thursday that prosecutors want to start the trial of former President Donald Trump on January 2, 2024, right before the Iowa caucuses launch the Republican presidential primary.

Fox News reported:

Special Counsel Jack Smith proposed to begin former President Donald Trump’s trial in January 2024 for the charges he’s facing in relation to the events of Jan. 6, 2021.

“The Government proposes that trial begin on January 2, 2024, and estimates that its case in chief will take no longer than four to six weeks,” the filing on Thursday states.

As Breitbart News has noted, Trump faces four charges related to his challenges to the 2020 election result, and the resulting riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. One of the four charges carries a potential death penalty if Trump were to be convicted.

Smith faces accusations from critics that he is shaping his prosecution to interfere with the 2024 election. The judge in the “documents” case in federal court in Miami set that trial date in May 2024 — after most of the GOP primaries will have been held.

Breitbart News has noted a pattern in which the government announces indictments or actions against Trump the day of, or after, damaging revelations about the Biden family. On Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee revealed bank records that show the Bidens received $20 million from the foreign partners of Hunter Biden, prior to meetings with then-Vice President Joe Biden.

Paedophile has eight months added to jail sentence despite pleading guilty

Brien William Peckover, eligible for parole in November 2024

A paedophile who assaulted several boys will only spend another eight months in jail after pleading guilty to two more counts of indecent assault.

Facing the NSW District Court, Brien William Peckover, 72, had his jail sentence extended by just eight months from March to November 10, 2024.

He assaulted the teenage boy while a volunteer at the now-defunct government-run Daruk Training School, located in Penrith, between 1982 and 1984.

CNN commentator Jonah Goldberg complains that small donors are the 'biggest problem' for democracy

"Large donors actually have a strategic view about moderation"

On Thursday, former National Review columnist Jonah Goldberg claimed on CNN's Inside Politics that small donors are "one of the biggest problems for democracy."

Golberg noted that there was "there’s a lot of cheering and self-congratulations about the rise of small donors a decade ago,” but now they are an issue because they don't have a strategic view on politics.

He said, "Large donors actually have a strategic view about moderation, who can win, who can’t." He continued, "Small donors really are just venting their spleen with their credit card, and they lock candidates into positions that can hurt them in the general election.”

A Cygnal poll shows that currently, former President Donald Trump leading the field of Republicans with 53 percent of the vote, with businessman Vivek Ramaswamy in second with 11 percent, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in third with 10 percent.

Last month the DeSantis campaign was forced to fire almost a dozen staffers due to financial difficulty. The campaign brought in over $20 million in the first six weeks but the filings show that most of his donors are ineligible to donate anymore because they gave the maximum legal amount.

In a LinkedIn post last month Ramaswamy noted that he had reached 70,000 unique donors, and 40 percent of them are first-ever donors to the GOP in any form. He added that this number is 2 percent for "traditional Republican candidates."

According to a report from NBC, former President Donald Trump has over 400,000 unique voters of mostly small donor money. After Trump announced he was going to be indicted, it caused an influx of new donors, and even more so when the indictment came down.

Goldberg's statements also come as former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney published an OpEd in the Wall Street Journal last month urging megadonors and influencers to collaborate and throw support behind a single candidate to beat Trump.
