>funny thing is

>cows do not fart

Bovine really, kek anon never been on a farm?

shity sauce but they are right, they do.

THE FACTS: Cows fart. That contributes to global warming. But cow burps are worse for the climate.

โ€œCows are pretty disgusting eaters, with methane coming from both ends,โ€ said Christopher Field at the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment. โ€œBut most of it comes from burping.โ€

Field cited the โ€œclassic quote from the technical literatureโ€ on the topic: โ€œOf the CH4 (methane) produced by enteric fermentation in the forestomach 95% was excreted by eructation (burp), and from CH4 produced in the hindgut 89% was found to be excreted through the breath.โ€™โ€

In a nutshell, belches are bad news.

>that was a little ambiguous to me.

True & all gud fren I hadn't explained it at all just know they do fart.

Fun fact they don't really have 4 stomachs just 4 separate compartments.

Cows technically only have one stomach, but it has four distinct compartments made up of Rumen, Reticulum, Omasum and Abomasum. It is very different than a human stomach. Thatโ€™s why people often say that cows have four stomachs.
