He talks about asset forfeiture at the beginning. Some "jurisdictions" seem better about this than others. Surely people can to some extent vote with their feet against this?
Seen a comment somewhere about how China hacked all the government employees' information implying they are thus, vulnerable. Is this partly why they serve foreign entities and not the interests of the American people?
