So I have a theory about the CP faggot spammers.
What if they are using certain free VPN's when they post these images knowing they will get global reported and ip banned. It's a simple way to get around banning anons who use said free VPN services. Then they got the excuse oh well that ip was posting cp images. My 2 cents
