The crux of Roe v.Wade has to do with states rights versus federal rights. By taking down Roe v. wade it would only revert the decision to legalize abortion to every state legislature. Roe v. Wade is not the paramount case on the right to an abortion…I believe it is Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
