I agree that Kennedy was probably not a swell dude. He was probably forced to resign.
However, it seems he cut a deal to retire and cede his seat to Trump in exchange for a decent legacy and getting out of the way of MAGA. Can we forgive and let him have that memory, as Trump intended?
