Not a Yahoo fan, so be forewarned. However, this seems pretty shockingly bad to me. Remember that Chinese biolab shut down in California? They were apparently planning to return to a Fresno "legal" facility. They were selling things like pregnancy tests and ovulation tests! Now the FDA issues a recall because they have ceased operations?! Makes me wonder what those tests could have been contaminated with and how they could operate in the US in the first place.

Could the US FDA (and other agencies) have been used by the CCP to shut down lawful America based companies while giving a rubber stamp to CCP controlled companies?
