Fani put her witness schedule in overdrive and brought witnesses scheduled for tomorrow in today. Judge McBurney is holding Court open late tonight. In this mad rush, Clerk of Courts published proposed indictments with a case number and Judge already assigned by accident. Is there a clock ticking on statute of limitations? Bad news for Biden? why the sudden turbo boost of previously scheduled events?

Fani put 2 extra charges in for 9/17/2021. That would toll the limitations. Curious they are the exact same charges for earlier dates. That would have to mean DJT did something on those dates. Tolling is just an argument that can be made but it is a Judges decision to accept that argument.
