All of these corrupt Democrat attempts will fail.

Combined with the intentionally slow-walked investigations by the Biden-Smith goon squads and the false charges in New York, the timing of this latest coordinated strike by a biased prosecutor in an overwhelmingly Democrat jurisdiction not only betrays the trust of the American people, but also exposes true motivation driving their fabricated accusations.


They could have brought this two and half years ago, yet they chose to do this for election interference reasons in the middle of President Trump’s successful campaign. He is not only leading all Republicans by a lot but he is leading against Joe Biden in almost every poll. President Trump represents the greatest threat to these Democrats’ political futures (and the greatest hope for America).

The legal double-standard set against President Trump must end. Under the Crooked Biden Cartel, there are no rules for Democrats, while Republicans face criminal charges for exercising their First Amendment rights.

These activities by Democrat leaders constitute a grave threat to American democracy and are direct attempts to deprive the American people of their rightful choice to cast their vote for President. Call it election interference or election manipulation—it is a dangerous effort by the ruling class to suppress the choice of the people. It is un-American and wrong.

They are taking away President Trump’s First Amendment right to free speech, and the right to challenge a rigged and stolen election that the Democrats do all the time. The ones who should be prosecuted are the ones who created the corruption.

U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan assigned to former President Donald Trump's 2020 DC election case needs to recuse herself and immediately.

Kash Patel, an experienced political pundit himself has previously stated, “I don’t believe for one second it’s a coincidence that in Washington, D.C., Donald Trump drew the most partisan, biased judge who is incapable of being fair and neutral,” said Patel. “If you’re a judge, and you represented one of the parties or your firm represented one of the parties before you, it’s an automatic recusal, full stop,” he said.

The conversation with Patel & Gorka went like this:

Kash Patel: “Judge Chutkan, for those who don’t know, represented Burisma, Hunter Biden’s fraudulent consulting firm, she was a lawyer at the same law firm with Hunter Biden. But Seb, let’s put that aside. What other matters are there for her recusal? In 2017 when Devin Nunes and I were running the Russiagate investigation, we figured out who paid for the Steele dossier. Fusion GPS, the DNC, and the Hillary Clinton campaign paid Christopher Steele millions of dollars and they laundered it through the FBI and the FISA court to unlawfully surveil Donald Trump. That’s big-time stuff.

On the eve of us winning that disclosure, before the world knew, Fusion GPS took us to federal court and that case landed in JUDGE CHUTKAN’S COURT ROOM. … After a month of heavy litigation where Judge Chutkan knew the ins and outs of Fusion GPS, our proceedings, all possible witnesses, etc., when she could not prevent us from prevailing, she recused -on her own- from that case. Why?”

“We found out her law firm, Boies Schiller, represented Fusion GPS. The very client that was in front of her in federal court was one of her former clients. That is rule #1 for disqualification.”

GORKA: “Boies Schiller Flexner is the same company where Chutkan and Hunter Biden worked!”

PATEL: “You gotta ask yourself, Seb, how come it took Chutkan a month [to recuse herself]? … She wanted to block the bank records.

Imagine if we never found out who paid for the dossier. … She set the precedent. She cannot neutrally and arbitrarily preside over Donald Trump’s criminal trial when she recused herself from the very representation of the Democratic entrenchment: the DNC, the Hillary Clinton campaign, Fusion GPS, because she was so biased because of her prior representation from Boies Schiller.

To put it simply, Judge Chutkan needs to recuse herself from the Trump DC election case brought by Jack Smith because:

1. She was a Major Democratic Donor along with her husband and mother-in-law

2. She was Appointed by the Obama administration in 2014 after making donations to Obama

3. Her husband Peter Krauthamer, was also appointed to the federal bench by Obama in the District of Columbia Superior Court in 2011

4. She worked at the law firm of Boies, Schiller, & Flexner

5. She was a colleague of Hunter Biden at the same firm

6. Her law firm of Boies, Schiller, & Flexner, represented the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Hillary Clinton campaign

7. Her law firm had a relationship with and had paid monies to Fusion GPS at the same time that the DNC and the Clinton campaign paid Fusion GPS to conduct opposition research on Donald Trump.

8.She sealed the bank records of Fusion GPS Insulating Obama, the Clintons and the FBI as mentioned above.

Background:

Chutkan has an apparent history of not recusing herself from cases with a direct or personal conflict so why would she voluntarily recuse herself now?

In 2017, Judge Chutkan recused herself from the case of BEAN LLC d/b/a Fusion GPS, Plaintiff, v. JOHN DOE BANK because she had been a member of the law firm that was connected to Fusion GPS, as listed below, but only after she strategically placed the financial records under sealed protective order, effectively hiding them from the public and even most lawmakers.

Chutkan presided over a Homeland Security case without notifying the court or plaintiff’s attorneys she had a close family relative who works for DHS. Chutkan presided over the Imran Awan and Hina Alvi bank fraud case in D.C. which could have implicated her friend Obama.

Chutkan neglected to reveal a familial connection to the Defendant. She also neglected to recuse herself and allow another judge to preside over the case.

Federal law enforcement sources had expressed diminishing confidence in Chutkan's impartiality regarding the Awan case. Chutkan had been criticized for slanting the case in favor of Awan by granting his legal team's motions to give the accused fraudster more latitude and travel freedom with his pretrial intervention program, while denying third-party motions to offer evidence in the case.

According to a Justice Department source, the case had been compromised by Chutkan's conflicts with her connections to Obama, who could be implicated in the Awan case if the FBI ever decides to investigate it further. According to the source, plea assured that no one will face significant prison time.

Chutkan's actions contravened and contravene a number of federal statutes governing the federal bench. According to the statute governing the disqualification of judges, 28 U.S. Code 455, Chutkan appears to have violated these regulations:

1. Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify themselves in any in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.

2. She shall also disqualify herself where she has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party, or personal knowledge of disputed evidentiary facts concerning the proceeding

3. She shall also disqualify herself where she or her spouse, or a person within the third degree of relationship to either of them, or the spouse of such a person Is known by the judge to have an interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding;

Now you can understand why Chutkan is the D.C. District Court’s poster girl for conflicts.

Knowing all of this and the Judge and her husband's previous donations to the Democratic party and Obama in the past, Trump's attorney John Lauro should not be hesitant at best to move for a recusal.

The judge tapped to preside over the racketeering case in Fulton County, Georgia, involving former President Donald Trump and 18 other defendants joined the Superior Court of Fulton County this year.

Judge Scott McAfee's name was included in the 98-page indictment released late Monday night. Trump was indicted on 13 charges, including racketeering, related to the 2020 election.

WHO IS FANI WILLIS, THE GEORGIA PROSECUTOR FACING THE BIGGEST CASE OF HER LIFE

McAfee was appointed to the court by Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) this year after serving as inspector general in the Georgia Office of the State Inspector General, according to the county court's website. He has experience as a prosecutor and in the county where the case resides, having served as an assistant United States attorney for the Northern District of Georgia and senior assistant district attorney in Fulton County in the Atlanta Judicial Circuit.

The Georgia judge will play a prominent role in the racketeering case, notably by picking the date when it will begin. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said in a Monday night press conference she is seeking a trial "within the next six months," but it will ultimately be McAfee's decision. Trump has already slammed a proposal by special counsel Jack Smith in a separate case against him for that trial to begin early next year, stating it would interfere with the 2024 Republican presidential primary.

The Fulton County trial will surely raise McAfee's profile, much as Judge Tanya Chutkan's has been raised after it was announced she would oversee the Jan. 6 federal case into Trump's alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Chutkan has received increased security after Trump called for her to recuse herself and alleged she was biased.

Monday's indictment marks the fifth indictment across four criminal cases this year against the former president and current 2024 GOP front-runner. The 18 others named in the indictment include former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, and attorney John Eastman.

Trump, in his first statement after the indictment was unsealed, referred to the case as a "Witch Hunt" and "rigged." His campaign and attorneys expressed similar sentiments on Monday, both before and after the indictment was released.

The former president has been indicted in three other jurisdictions this year. Trump was indicted in Manhattan in March on charges related to the alleged falsification of business records, he was federally indicted in Florida for his alleged mishandling of classified documents in June, and he was federally indicted in Washington, D.C., earlier this month for charges related to his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election.

Trump is the front-runner in the 2024 Republican presidential primary by a large margin. Most of his opponents in the Republican presidential primary have not addressed the latest Trump indictment. Winning the GOP nomination would likely lead to a 2020 election rematch against President Joe Biden, the front-runner on the Democratic side.
