>>19360882 First they "leak" the indictment before the jury even voted, then they forget to REDACT JUROR NAMES. PN

Theory: PDJT is right, everything they did and are doing are to delay the indictments and trials to 2024. In that vein I think Willis knew she has shit case, there’s no way it will stick, so in order to delay further they intentionally released the names of the Grand Jurors, that would nullify or interfere with bringing the case. So they will restart with a NEW secret Grand Jury and start the process all over again.I suspect we’ll hear shortly, they have to restart the two year process again with a NEW GJ, in search of finally finding a real crime this time

PS: Willis and the Court docket person may be sued by members of the Grand Jury when they leaked their names, because they and the court, have now opened the jurors up to media harassment, stalking and possibly endangered the lives of these people. If I was on that Grand Jury I would.

Attempted Ukrainian saboteur incursion into Russia foiled – governor

One person was injured in the raid, the head of Bryansk Region has said

The Russian military and security forces have thwarted an attempt by a Ukrainian saboteur group to attack Bryansk Region, local governor Aleksandr Bogomaz has said.

In a statement on Telegram on Tuesday, Bogomaz stated that the botched raid had taken place near the settlement of Kurkovichi, about 10km from the border with Ukraine. He added that it had been prevented by Russian forces acting in coordination with border guards from the Federal Security Service (FSB). The governor did not specify how many soldiers had been involved in the attack.

While initially Bogomaz indicated that the raid had not caused any casualties, he later said that one agricultural worker had been wounded and taken to hospital. The governor also noted that Ukrainian shelling had killed one animal and damaged several buildings as well as a car.

Russian regions bordering Ukraine have repeatedly been the target of intense artillery and drone attacks amid the conflict between Moscow and Kiev, resulting in numerous civilian deaths and the destruction of buildings.

A group of Ukrainian saboteurs infiltrated Bryansk Region in March, killing several civilians in what Russian President Vladimir Putin branded a “terrorist attack.”Responsibility for the raid was claimed by the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK), which is comprised of neo-Nazi militants and collaborationists fighting for Ukraine.

A similar raid took place in May in Belgorod Region, which also borders Ukraine, and resulted in one civilian being killed and several others being injured. Moscow again accused Kiev of being behind the attack, although Ukrainian authorities denied involvement, claiming it was an operation by the RDK and fellow collaborationist group the Freedom of Russia Legion.

Western military dominance ‘has ended’ – Moscow

The West’s ability to impose its interests on various parts of the world has diminished, according to Russia’s defense minister

Asian, African and Latin American states have seen their role in the global arena increase as Western military dominance has started to wane, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has said.

Speaking at the 21st International Security Conference in Moscow on Tuesday, the minister argued that Russia’s military operation in Ukraine has “put an end to the dominance of the collective West in the military sphere.”

“Just as the defeat of fascism by the Red Army in Europe in the last century gave a powerful impetus to anti-colonial movements throughout the world, so will the defeat of the Ukrainian neo-fascists supported by the West serve as a factor in counteracting modern neo-colonialism,” Shoigu said.

The minister noted that Russia is currentlyfighting “not just the armed forces of Ukraine, but the entire collective West,” which, he added, has recently been joined by several states from the Asia-Pacific region.

In its confrontations with Kiev’s forces, which have been provided with foreign weaponry worth billions of dollars, Russia has dispelled many myths about the superiority of Western military standards, Shoigu said. It has become clear that the use of Western weapons and supposedly advanced NATO tactics and training “cannot ensure superiority on the battlefield,” he added.

The minister also claimed that Kiev’s foreign advisers are essentially using the Ukraine conflict as atesting ground for various military strategies involving Western weapons, while President Vladimir Zelensky supplies the manpower for these experiments. Shoigu said the losses among Ukrainian military personnel are being disregarded by Ukraine’s Western backers.

The Russian minister also claimed that Ukraine’s military resources are almost completely exhausted, according to preliminary estimates. Russia’s Defense Ministry had previously reported that since launching their counteroffensive operation in early June, Ukraine’s forces had lost some 43,000 soldiers as well as nearly 5,000 pieces of heavy equipment, including dozens of Western tanks and combat vehicles.

Shoigu suggested that the US is using the Ukraine conflict to line the pockets of its defense industry by forcing its partners in Europe to procure new products to replace those they have sent to Kiev.

Some Soviet weaponry still better than modern Western equivalents – Shoigu

None of Ukraine’s battlefield weapons are unique or invulnerable to Russian forces, the defense minister said

Western weapons being sent to Ukraine, as well as NATO tactics being taught to Kiev’s commanders, have failed to provide an upper hand on the battlefield, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has said.

Speaking at the Moscow Conference on International Security on Tuesday, the minister noted that Russia is currently fighting “not just the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but the entire collective West,” which he claimed has also recently been joined by several Asia-Pacific states.

Nevertheless, Shoigu insisted that Western countries have lost their leadership in the military sphere since the start of Russia's operation in Ukraine and that “it has become obvious that the use of Western weapons and NATO methods of planning operations cannot ensure superiority on the battlefield.”

Shoigu argued that the Ukraine conflict has shown there is “nothing unique or invulnerable for Russian weapons” and that even some Soviet-era weapons have proven to be superior in combat to their modern Western equivalents.

As proof of the West’s failure to ensure Kiev’s success in its much-lauded counteroffensive, Shoigu pointed to the high number of casualties the Ukrainian army has sustained in recent months.

“Despite all-round assistance from the West, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fail to achieve results,” he claimed, pointing out that the “preliminary results of the hostilities show that Ukraine’s military resource is almost exhausted.”

According to Russian Defense Ministry estimates, Kiev’s forces have lost some 43,000 soldiers since they launched their counteroffensive in early June, seeking to break through Russian defenses. They have also reportedly lost some 5,000 pieces of heavy equipment, including dozens of Western tanks and combat vehicles.

During his speech on Tuesday, Shoigu suggested that the conflict in Ukraine is actively lining the pockets of the US defense industry, which, under the guise of supporting Kiev, is clearing the military arsenals of its partners in Europe in order to sell them new products.

“Partners will have to pay a lot of money to the US for new weapons and agree to limit sovereignty in the security sphere,” Shoigu said, adding that “Europe can serve as an example, where defense policy is completely subordinated to the interests of Washington.”

Trump Attorneys Blast Latest Sham Indictment, DA Fani Willis

MATT MARGOLIS AUGUST 15, 2023

On Monday night, Fulton County, Ga., District Attorney Fani Willis handed down ten new indictments of former president Donald Trump over his alleged interference in the 2020 presidential election.

Trump’s attorneys Drew Findling, Jennifer Little, and Marissa Goldberg released a statement early Tuesday, blasting the indictment, as well as the circumstances around it.

“The events that have unfolded today have been shocking and absurd, starting with the leak of a presumed and premature indictment before the witnesses had testified or the grand jurors had deliberated and ending with the District Attorney being unable to offer any explanation,” the statement began. “In light of this major fumble, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office clearly decided to force through and rush this 98-page indictment. This one-sided grand jury presentation relied on witnesses who harbor their own personal and political interests— some of whom ran campaigns touting their efforts against the accused and/or profited from book deals and employment opportunities as a result. We look forward to a detailed review of this indictment which is undoubtedly just as flawed and unconstitutional as this entire process has been.”

The Trump campaign separately released a fact sheet blasting Willis, calling her a radical Democrat who has been campaigning and fundraising on her “bogus indictments” of President Trump.

The fact sheet noted that her partisan political activities even resulted in her disqualification from investigating an election witness last year. The Washington Post reported last yearthat the judge in the case ruled that her actions constituted a “plain — and actual and untenable — conflict,” and even commented that “It’s a ‘What are you thinking?’ moment. The optics are horrific.”

The Fulton County Superior Court Judge described the grand jury investigation as “one-sided” with “very limited due process” for those facing charges.

Wilis even launched her 2023 reelection campaign website mere days before the indictment dropped and has been bragging about her efforts to take down Trump to the media, which have no doubt contributed to her receiving 90% of her campaign contributions from out-of-state despite being a state prosecutor with only one county in her jurisdiction. Questions have also arisen as to whether Willis slow-walked the investigation in order for the indictment to interfere with the presidential election.

A few years ago, it was hard to imagine just how corrupt our nation’s justice system could become. To make matters worse, outlets like PJ Media face suppression and censorship for not pushing the preferred narrative.

San Francisco's Nancy Pelosi Federal Building Is So Dangerous That Employees Are Told to Work at Home

Victoria Taft

Nancy Pelosi is now oh for 3 keeping safe the buildings over which she has control. The former House speaker intentionally left the Capitol building under-secured before the January 6 riot, her own posh San Francisco home was breached and her husband hurt by an anarcho/commie weirdo, and the federal building that bears her name and houses her local office is so dangerous that the Feds have told most of the government employees to work out of their homes.

Things are so bad on the ground surrounding the 18-story Nancy Pelosi Federal Building on 7th and Mission streets in San Francisco that it could be renamed Nancy’s Crack Emporium. Maybe it already has.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported that the U.S. Health and Human Services Department advised its hundreds of employees to work from home because their workplace is surrounded by the “city’s most brazen open-air drug markets, where dozens of dealers and users congregate on a daily basis.” Since San Francisco doesn’t appear to be interested in improving, people are being told not to use the more-than-$141-million building taxpayers bankrolled back in 2002.

This videographer saw “49 people smoking and injecting fentanyl” outside the federal building this week. He wrote, “Our community is plagued with bodies, feces, tents, needles, crack pipes, etc. Women and Children are not safe. Fentanyl is showing up in playgrounds and schools.”

Lax laws and sanctuary policies have left the city’s leftist leaders with fewer tools and no political will to do anything about the problem they caused.

HHS Assistant Secretary for Administration Cheryl Campbell’s August 4 memo obtained by the Chronicle said, “In light of the conditions at the (Federal Building) we recommend employees … maximize the use of telework for the foreseeable future.” That’s one way to put it.

Republican California Congressman Kevin Kiley said the problems with San Francisco stem from the same “leaders” who want to take California’s “successes” national.

HHS, which is headed by former CA Attorney General Xavier Becerra, told workers to “maximize the use of telework for the foreseeable future” because of “conditions” around the building. …[Gavin] Newsom even claimed he was sending in the National Guard. If California offers a preview of where our country is headed, San Francisco offers an even starker warning. This is where failed policies, radical politics, and public corruption are in their most advanced stage – and where residents are most rapidly fleeing.

Some of the city’s most popular retailers — Nordstrom, Abercrombie and Fitch, Anchor Brewing, Whole Foods, Anthropologie, H&M, and Uniqlo — closed down some of their outposts due to open-air drug dealing, disgusting conditions on the streets, thievery, and lack of traffic due to people being too afraid to go downtown.

And now this.

San Francisco and California leaders asked for this chaos. This is the kind of chaos that California politicians want to bring to the rest of the nation.

As Silicon Valley Democrat Congressman Ro Khanna said, “I think the message that says ‘Make America California’ is not a winning message”

What do you think?

Donald Trump and 18 Co-Defendants Indicted on 41 Charges

Jordan Dixon-Hamilton14 Aug 2023

A grand jury in Georgia returned ten indictments on Monday in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s investigation into former President Donald Trump.

Update: The 98-page indictment revealed that Trump and 18 other co-defendants were indicted.

Among those indicted include former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, former Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer, and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R).

As the Atlanta Journal-Constitution detailed:

Also indicted Tuesday were Trump co-defendants: state Sen. Shawn Still; attorneys John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, Bob Cheeley, Ray Smith III and Kenneth Chesebro; former assistant U.S. attorney general Jeffrey Clark; GOP strategist Michael Roman; former Coffee County elections supervisor Misty Hampton; former Coffee County GOP chairwoman Cathy Latham; Atlanta bail bondsman Scott Hall; publicist Trevian Kutti; Illinois pastor Stephen Cliffguard Lee; and Harrison Floyd, who briefly ran for a suburban Atlanta U.S. House seat before serving as director of Black Voices for Trump.

The grand jury met for approximately ten hours and heard testimony, then voted on the potential charges on Monday. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney signed off on the charges around 9:00 p.m. local time Monday night.

The grand jury was expected to convene through Tuesday but pushed through its agenda quicker than expected, as the New York Post noted. It is still unclear what charges were brought against the former president and who else is possibly named in the indictments.

The clerk announced that in the “worst case scenario,” the indictments would be unsealed and made public in three hours. Wills’s office announced it would hold a press conference after the indictments are processed by the clerk’s office.

Willis has been investigating Trump’s alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia for close to three years. News brokeover the weekend that she planned to bring multiple witnesses before the grand jury this week.

The Trump campaign blasted Willis as a “rabid partisan who is campaigning and fundraising on a platform of prosecuting President Trump through these bogus indictments” in a statement shortly after the grand jury returned the indictments.

“Ripping a page from Crooked Joe Biden’s playbook, Willis has strategically stalled her investigation to try and maximally interfere with the 2024 presidential race and damage the dominant Trump campaign. All of these corrupt Democrat attempts will fail,” the statement said.

The Trump campaign called out the “intentionally slow-walked investigations by the Biden-Smith goon squads” and argued the indictments are being brought so close to the 2024 election for “election interference reasons.”

The statement continued:

The legal double-standard set against President Trump must end. Under the Crooked Biden Cartel, there are no rules for Democrats, while Republicans face criminal charges for exercising their First Amendment rights.

These activities by Democrat leaders constitute a grave threat to American democracy and are direct attempts to deprive the American people of their rightful choice to cast their vote for President. Call it election interference or election manipulation—it is a dangerous effort by the ruling class to suppress the choice of the people. It is un-American and wrong.

They are taking away President Trump’s First Amendment right to free speech, and the right to challenge a rigged and stolen election that the Democrats do all the time. The ones who should be prosecuted are the ones who created the corruption.

The official court website of Fulton County, Georgia, published what appeared to be an indictment against Trump several hours before the grand jury returned the ten indictments.

Judge McBurney was seen cracking jokes with journalists in the courtroom after signing off on the indictments.

The Georgia indictment would be Trump’s fourth indictment in the past five months. Trump is facing two federal charges from Special Counsel Jack Smith based on his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results and his handling of White House documents. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg also brought over 30 counts of falsifying business records against Trump.
