SHERIFF ASKING for TIPS

OWASCO, N.Y. — The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in locating 13-year-old Joseph Wade Czyz, who left his home in the area of Adams Avenue in Owasco before 10:30 p.m. Monday night and has not been seen since.

He is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has hazel eyes and red hair.
