When referencing the resignation list Q has never referred to it as "the list."
There has only been 2 times Q has used the term "the list."
Talking to the self proclaimed rebel rothschild "DEATH TO THE TRIUMVIRATE." Which could have been a positive connotation. Being added to the resignation list is not rare.
When referring to John Conyers resignation but context is key. The headlines blared Conyers resigning there has been a different treatment/presentation for Gowdy's announcement/confirmation of rumors.
"the list" does not necessarily refer to resignation list of bad actors.
Especially when context and logic is taken into account.
