I think it's the same Joe Biden. He's had a facelift at some point..you can see the pull of skin on his cheek going back over top of ear..scars are hidden in hair, behind ears and under chin but his furrows between his eyes (being muscle) are the same, cleft in his chin is same. His right lobe was attached..now it matches the left. Nostrils are the same. Voice is weaker now.
