Word is that this is Isis and she is holding the stone dick she crafted for Osiris. The dick was lost and gobbled up by a fish, after the brother of Osiris hacked him into 14 pieces because he was ebil. Isis couldn't find the 14th piece, his dick, so she made one out of stone and put him back together again combining "flesh" with stone/ silica = transhumanism.
