"Equal justice under law" my ass, at least judges can be impeached in America
Looked a little on wikipedia about requirements to be a supreme court judge, I haven;t seen anything that requires a sitting president nominated supreme court judge to have had previous exp being a judge, but I would guess that all of them did, seems like a Juris Doctorate (or whatever it is called) would be a minimum and years of courtroom law experience, I wonder if any previous supreme court judges were just well educated constitutional professors or lifer politician type lawyers, don't know the history,
don't know how scholarly Gowdy is, but seems like it would be near impossible to get him approved by congress, but Trump sometimes does the impossible, who knows what Trump is up to, maybe he doesn't want an established judge in there, just like he wasn't an established politician, like Gowdy, Trump has spent his whole life dealing with (fucked) elitist powertrip judges, maybe Trump wants to set a new bar on how he thinks a judge should be, maybe he thinks Gowdy would be a great supreme court judge, at this point it looks like Trump is the smartest guy in the room, if he nominates Gowdy, I'll support his decision, my grandfather was a judge, he was a privileged mean and miserable filthy rich powertripgod asshole like most of them, it's all a scam anyways, my uncle went to trial for murder in a bar fight, his lawyer told my aunt that if they could come up with $50,000 cash, they could get him off with no prison time, they couldn't get the money, so my uncle did time, that's how the law works, it's not what you know, it's who you know, how wealty you are, and who you can pay off, ask OJ, Shapiro, or Dershowitz, they know how the "law" really works, so does Trump,
Obama was supposedly a "constitutional scholar" but he doesn't know shit about the law, maybe Trump will give Hussien a lesson or two on the law that Barry didn't learn at Columbia
