I think it means that Q laid out early what the plan was, who the bad guys were and what they were guilty of and what their motivations were (in a very cryptic way especially initially).
The crumbs were a map for us to follow to dig on the who, what and why. While that makes it sound easy, back at the beginning the connections didn't make sense until all the digging was done and future events continued to unlock more and more of the map Q laid out. It is why Q always says to go back and re-read crumbs. If you do so you will learn more and more every time. Also, I would recommend Q post 1318 (qanon.pub) which is probably the best Q has tied it all together for us.
