and I love this video, been what 10 years or more since I seen't it.
I had a deaf woman come in the shop I worked, she was looking in a display case, I could see her face reflected in the glass, I started telling her about what was for sale, I could see her looking at me but she didn't respond. finally I said "what's the mater with you are you deaf or something" and she came unglued, came at me with arms waving talking some kinda gibberish, I just pointed at the door and she left in a huff.
