Saw this PB NOTABLE about Belarus threatening to use nuclear weapons if attacked. Seemed odd to me because I don't recall Belarus ever having nukes. Did a quick dig and found several sites that claim only nine countries have nukes and Belarus is not on the list. So how does Belarus have nukes? I recall that under the Obutthole admin a number of our early tactical nukes went missing IIRC. Pic related is an early US Tactical Nuke.

Magnesium anon. Mg chloride in liquid or pill form. Start with one tsp/day increasing weekly until you experience loose stool then back off by one tsp. Maintain that dose until symptoms return. Could take weeks or months to experience initial and subsequent symptoms.

Maintain this for life as western diets are Mg deficient. Mg is required for the brain to produce all of the feel good chemicals you need for sleep, to fight stress and to give you a sense of well being. As a bonus it contributes to over 700 other bodily processes including heart health. Based on my reading heart attacks could be all but eliminated by maintain Mg saturation in the body.

It could take months before you notice improved sleep but once you do it will be very deep sleep. I frequently wake up in the exact position I fall asleep in and rarely ever get tired midday. Only thing I ever found that works.

Well Mg will be a lifelong solution for sleep/rest issues but I would take it for the tremendous improvement in heart health it offers alone. Since it can take months to re-mineralize your body, starting today is important. Read a book called The Magnesium Miracle. God helps those who help themselves right?
