This would seem fake if I didn't just get two cats last year. They are capable of making the saddest sounds ever produced when you enter the bathroom or close your bedroom door. Excellent repost IMHO.

This happened in little ole southern Indiana in early 2000 also. FB-Lie & Assholes who Take Firearms picked the wrong county & the wrong Sheriff to threaten. They were give the option to 'leave in peace and never return' or 'NOBODY Leaves and we'll burry you here'. It was the ringing of the church bell & the citizen call to arms that stopped them, that and they threatened to arrest the Sheriff for interfering in their violation of someone's rights. Memories
People realize, lush greens don't like to burn. Also, having literally strolled through a forest fire, they aren't that dangerous unless you are stupid or coated in a flammable substance. Even w/upwards of 50+ MPH winds, they aren't difficult to navigate. Oh, don't put them out though, Army National guard got really pissed off at us for putting on out circa 2004/5. Didn't stick around to find out why because we were active duty military our riding our ATV's and didn't want any trouble.
