Cleaning up this immigration mess was never going to be easy or pleasant, but that doesn't mean we can just leave these unaccompanied kids in legal limbo. Better that these lone children go through the process alone and be reunited with their rightful parents back in their homelands as soon as possible, rather than abandoned in legal limbo and thus placed at increased risk of being "disappeared" by traffickers and slavers.
