Following identified spoopy plane 2-RBTS.
It's been flying around between the Isle of Jersey and London for 3+ hours with no evident purpose. It's registered on the Isle of Guernsey along with over 1000 other 2-xxxx privately owned planes that have a "military" category of registration, which apparently enables them to bypass most customs checks. They are suspected of delivering illicit or at least under-the-radar cargo.
