ETA can mean Estimated Time of Arrival (if you aren't sure it is arriving or not)

OR it can mean Expected Time of Arrival (if you know it is arriving, time is the uncertainty).

if ETA was the first definition, what would the point of saying:

Estimated Time of Arrival (Estimated)?
