EMAILS: Katie Hobbs Abused Her Power and Asked Twitter to Censor 2020 Election Tweets Days After Election and Before Stealing 2022 Election

Emails from Katie Hobbs’ office to Twitter reveal that she abused her power and asked Twitter to censor tweets that were critical of her 2020 Election misconduct as early as November 2020, days after the election.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on this collusion between Hobbs and Twitter to unconstitutionally censor Arizona and interfere with elections.

This information comes from the Missouri v. Biden case, where the Legendary Gateway Pundit Jim Hoft is a key plaintiff.

Hobbs faced criticism over a 2017 tweet where she called Trump supporters “neo nazis,” so she asked far-left Twitter to shut them up as she prepared to run for Governor.

The post had critics online call into question Hobbs’ impartiality when administering the election, and, according to emails obtained by Fox News Digital from conservative political organization Arizona Capitol Oversight, Hobbs tried to get Twitter, now known as X, to censor the criticism against her.

On Nov. 13, 2020, Hobbs emailed Twitter — using her official Arizona secretary of state email — asking the support team to take action against her online trolls.

Twitter asked for more information and for Hobbs to provide examples for her request, which Hobbs was unable to provide.

FBI Arrests 10 Officers In 'Wide Ranging' Federal Corruption Case

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has filed charges against 10 present and former police officers from the California cities of Antioch and Pittsburg Thursday in a major federal corruption case.

“Today is a dark day in our city’s history, as people trusted to uphold the law, allegedly breached that trust and were arrested by the FBI,” Antioch Mayor Lamar Thorpe said in a statement.

The charges range from cheating on training courses to serious violations of civil rights, Mercury News reported. The focus of the allegations is mainly on Antioch Police Department (APD), which has reportedly faced complaints about excessive force and a scandal involving racist text messages.

Three officers, two currently serving and one former, are accused of committing civil rights violations, per Mercury News. The charges alleged they planned violence against specific people, kept “trophies” of their actions and lied in official reports to cover up their deeds.

Text messages exchanged between the officers reportedly reveal conversations discussing violent plans and sharing pictures of the people they targeted. In one instance, officers discussed a plan for violence, Mercury News noted.

APD Officer Devon Wenger wrote, “We need to get into something tonight bro!! Lets go 3 nights in a row dog bite.”

Later that day, APD Officer Morteza Amiri texted Wenger pictures of an injured person they allegedly pulled out of a car and threw to the ground, Mercury News reported.

Federal officials also charged Wenger and former APD Officer Daniel Harris with possession of and conspiracy to distribute anabolic steroids, according to Mercury News. Authorities charged former APD Officer Timothy Manly Williams with obstruction for allegedly interfering with an ongoing homicide and attempted murder investigation.

Marsha Blackburn Calls for Investigation of Google over YouTube Ads Enabling the Tracking of Children

Google-owned YouTube’s advertising practices on children’s channels have come under scrutiny for potentially enabling companies to track children across the web, raising concerns about children’s online privacy. Sen. Marsha Blackburn is calling on the FTC to investigate the tech giant for possible violations of children’s privacy.

The New York Times reports that YouTube may have engaged in advertising practices on kids’ channels that could have resulted in companies tracking children across the web, potentially violating children’s privacy rights.

In 2019, YouTube faced a $170 million fine related to allegations that it had collected personal information from children. The fine was a response to claims that YouTube had profited from using children’s data to target them with ads. Following the fine, YouTube announced that it would limit the collection of viewers’ data and stop serving personalized ads on children’s videos.

However, recent findings have reignited concerns about YouTube’s advertising on children’s content. A Canadian bank, BMO, ran an ad campaign on YouTube targeting Canadian adults for a credit card. The ad was also shown on a Barbie-themed children’s video on the “Kids Diana Show,” a popular YouTube channel for preschoolers. When a viewer clicked on the ad, it led to BMO’s website, which tagged the user’s browser with tracking software from various tech companies, including Google, Facebook (now known as Meta), and Microsoft.

This practice could have allowed top tech companies to monitor children’s online activity, possibly violating the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). COPPA requires children’s online services to obtain parental consent before collecting personal data from users under age 13 for purposes like ad targeting.

The report’s findings have prompted Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) to send a letter to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), urging it to investigate whether Google and YouTube had violated COPPA. The senators expressed concern that the companies may have tracked children and served them targeted ads without parental consent, facilitating the vast collection and distribution of children’s data.

Hurricane Hilary Hits Category 4; First Tropical Storm Watch for California in History

Hurricane Hilary reached Category 4 status on Friday morning, and the National Hurricane Center issued its first-ever tropical storm watch for Southern California, as the entire southwestern region braces for heavy rains, high surf, and flash flooding.

The storm, off the west coast of Mexico and moving northwards as of midday Friday, has maximum sustained winds of 145 mlles per hour. Hurricane watches have been issued for Baja California, and a tropical storm watch for San Diego and Orange counties.

NBC News noted:

A tropical storm watch is now in effect from the California-Mexico border to the county lines between Orange and Los Angeles counties, as well as for Catalina Island, the National Hurricane Center announced this morning.

This is the first time the NHC has issued a tropical storm watch for this region of the country.

Heavy rainfall is also expected, especially in the inland mountains and desert regions, which are normally dry this time of year.

Richard Grenell warns people to be afraid of the government, then fires back at Adam Kinzinger for telling him to 'Shut up'

Richard Grenell, who has previously served as U.S. ambassador to Germany, acting director of National Intelligence, and special presidential envoy for Serbia and Kosovo peace negotiations, has urged people to be afraid of the government.

"Fear your government! They are coming for you. Biden has turned it into a system that listens to you, watches your transactions, cancels you for disagreeing with them and censoring your opinions. It's getting worse. And no one in DC is worried because they are the perpetrators," Grenell wrote on X.

Former U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, a Republican, offered a two-word response to Grenell's assertions: "Shut up."

Grenell responded, "lol. Debate, Adam. Don't shut down dissent views. Your J6 committee didn't have a single dissenting voice on the entire committee - everyone agreed….but that isn't the real world."

As a member of Congress, Kinzinger voted in favor of impeaching then-President Donald Trump on the heels of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. Kinzinger was one of the two Republicans to serve on the House Select Committee that was supposed to investigate the Jan. 6 incident. He became a CNN senior political commentator after leaving office.

Grenell has said that "Democrats are afraid of dissenting views" and "are crushing and cancelling people who don't comply" with the media assisting. "It's unAmerican and intolerant," he wrote.

"If you value counter culture or dissenting views, you must throw out Democrats from power," Grenell has asserted.

When someone on social media claimed that the government only goes after people who violate the law, Grenell responded by calling the commenter "naive."

HSI Kansas City hosts inaugural human trafficking symposium

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the DHS Center for Countering Human Trafficking (CCHT), along with local, state and federal leaders gathered to share vital knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices used amongst the various agencies to counter human trafficking throughout the Heartland at HSI Kansas City’s inaugural Human Trafficking Symposium on Aug. 16.

Human trafficking involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act and is one of HSI's top priorities.

“Every year, millions of men, women, and children are trafficked worldwide and it’s on the upsurge in both Kansas and Missouri,” said acting Special Agent in Charge of HSI Kansas City Taekuk Cho. “HSI Kansas City addressed this crime head-on at the symposium by providing education, training, and identifying best practices to attendees.”

One best practice highlighted at the conference was HSI’s victim-centered approach. HSI special agents work closely with the Victim Assistance Program to ensure that human trafficking victims are afforded their rights and have access to the services to which they are entitled by law. Moreover, HSI provides expertise and leadership to other law enforcement partners by organizing events, like the human trafficking symposium, where the education can be utilized to counter this heinous crime of exploitation.

The knowledge shared provided a valuable opportunity for HSI, local leaders, law enforcement partners, and non-governmental stakeholders to ensure everyone has the same, up to date information concerning the indicators of human trafficking, how to appropriately respond to the crime, and how to best support its victims.

“The DHS Center for Countering Human Trafficking wants the public to know that human trafficking, whether sex trafficking or forced labor, takes place every day and in commonplace settings – restaurants, hotels, construction, agriculture, janitorial services, landscaping, elder care, and domestic work to name a few,” said CCHT Director Cardell Morant. “Please learn the indicators of human trafficking through the DHS Blue Campaign and report any suspicions to law enforcement.”

The symposium included guest speakers from the following agencies: U.S. Congress, U.S. Senate, U.S. Attorneys for Kansas and Missouri, Missouri Attorney General and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.

HSI is the principal investigative arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), responsible for investigating transnational crime and threats, specifically those criminal organizations that exploit the global infrastructure through which international trade, travel, and finance move. This missing persons alert for the biotech analyst and Big Pharma whistleblower Karen Kingston was posted on August 17 on the Facebook page of the Comisión de Búsqueda Quintana Roo the Search Commission in Mexico.

I learned of this on Maria Zee's Telegram account, which linked to the substack of Dr Margaret Aranda, whom I am not familiar with. She writes: "A statement from the family will follow shortly on Ron Kuchler’s Substack, Kuch Says. As I post this at 8:15 am on August 18, no statement has appeared.

The missing persons alert says that Kingston was last seen in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, on August 9.

I must note that the lovely photo of well-coiffed Karen which police are disseminating is from better days, when Kingston did not claim to have reason she was being hunted by assassins. Here is how she looked on August 6, the day she uploaded her video to announce she believed she was being hunted, had been poisoned "multiple times," and had fled the US to save her life.

British nurse Lucy Letby found guilty of murdering seven babies

British nurse Lucy Letby has been found guilty of murdering seven babies, making her one of the UK's most prolific child serial killers.

Melbourne Buddhist monk Naotunne Vijitha Nayaka Thero faces court on child sex abuse charges

A senior Buddhist monk has faced a Melbourne court, charged with child sex offences dating back to the 1990s and early 2000s.

The Venerable Naotunne Vijitha Nayaka Thero, who is the abbot of the Dhamma Sarana temple in Melbourne's south-east, is facing 13 charges including sexual penetration of a child under 16 and indecent act with a child under 16.

Police charged Mr Vijitha earlier this week, saying three complainants had come forward.

The incidents allegedly took place between 1996 and 2004, and police allege Mr Vijitha came into contact with the complainants through his role at the Keysborough temple.

Court documents reveal detectives from Victoria Police's sexual crimes squad charged Mr Vijitha with inappropriately touching several girls.

On Friday, the monk faced court dressed in traditional orange robes for a brief filing hearing.

He was not required to speak or enter a plea and was accompanied by senior figures from the temple.

The monk was released on bail, and the case was adjourned until November 10 for a committal mention.

According to the temple's website, Mr Vijitha arrived in Australia in 1993 to serve as the resident monk at the Sri Lankan Buddhist temple in Springvale.

He later took residence at a new temple in Keysborough in 2001.

According to the temple's website, Mr Vijitha is also the principal of its Sunday School, where students attend Sinhala language classes.

The Buddhist Council of Victoria has been contacted for comment.

Elon Musk's Twitter/X is reportedly partnering with an Israeli digital ID company to provide premium users with an "optional" way to verify their identity by sharing selfies and their government ID.

A Republican report released in May showed that the CIA was actively involved in getting signatures for the letter which 'was a political operation to help elect' Joe Biden in November 2020.

Government watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit Thursday after it failed to receive requested documents from the agency regarding the internal crafting of the letter.

The GOP report alleges that a CIA employee 'may have helped in the effort to solicit signatures for the statement' and accuses former Deputy CIA director and Acting CIA Director Mike Morell and the Biden campaign of conspiring to quickly get the letter approved.
