If anyone other than Trump wins the Republican US Presidential nomination then Trump should switch to Independant and choose the Republican nominee as his VP pick. Likewise the Republican nominee should choose Trump as his VP pick. This way, if Trump is not directly elected, and the Democrats do not win, then Trump could be the US President again. As he rightfully should be given what happened in 2020. If elected as VP then just have the President resign as soon as he is inaugurated. All bases covered and liberals heads will explode. ##
Is there anything in the law to prevent this maneuver? Anon can't think of anything. Need expert opinion.
