I smoked for over 30 damn years, don't miss them at all. I will die someday from something like everyone else, God is in control of all that. Anon is comfy.
I quit 2 times before, and I craved them all the time and went back. This time was just different, I quit no vapes, no dip and didn't have any cravings. One difference this time was prayer.
I was wheezing and coughing more than I liked too, one of the main reasons I wanted to quit.
Alcohol is my next target, don't drink too much beer anymore. But I do like a drink or 2 a day, wine or whiskey.
