Anons, have a conundrum for you:

explorer.usaid.gov has a handy annual map of obligations and disbursements from 2001 to current.

Looking at the differences between obligated and disbursed leads to a negative $51 billion (never disbursed) between 2001 and 2016.

We know damn well that during the Hussein years they would have been crowing about saving taxpayers millions, let alone billions ($22 billion to be precise), but I can't find anything about saving taxpayers money by not spending obligated funds. Only crap I find is how O-care saved our personal pocketbooks soooooo much money…

Any thoughts on how to prove it was funneled to Hussein, HRC, etc?

On a positive note, 2017 USAID funds were 1/2 of 2016 and 2018's are only 1/4 of 2017's so far kek
