IT BROKE OUT IN ANOTHER PLACE.! cnn's Jim Acosto had Benjamin Wittes's Lawfare cohort, Lawrence Tribe and a Judge whose name I forgot on. The judge said he was honored to be on the panel with the greatest Constitutional scholar in the world. Then when it went to Tribe, he said he's honored to be on a panel with the greatest judge that's ever been. He even said the judge should be on the Supreme Court. That was a couple hours ago. Evidently cnn believes they should play it again.
Here's where we are in the Lawfare vs the USA. All they got is that no matter what happens in their (Lawfare's) indictments of President Trump turns out, it doesn't matter. Under the Constitution Trump is barred from '''holding any elected office in the USA, even local offices.
