The person who lost it had a 60k loan on it. Did not make payments after 2k. We paid due and taxes. 10.18 acres, dairy barn, hay barn, 2 ponds, greenhouse 3 cisterns 1 well. 3 bdrm farmhouse built in 1885. 2 car detached with separate 2 bdrm on top. How did we lose out on that with a view of the Phio River? 58k no we did fine
