I have a question, if the high altitude laser tech uses infrared or similar wavelengths that tend to be invisible to normal vision…how can we detect it?
Special lenses?

And then, when detected, how do we protect ourselves from it?

Maybe Start the clock there, and then cut the drops to that point and past it on the end of the current clock and those drops will just move at the end of the clock instead of the beginning, and all other new drops will be between June 10, 2018 and the group of drops up to that point from the original start of 12/07?
