This is called a “double barbed” clandestine operation. It’s like killing 10 birds with one stone. It serves at least 2 functions IMO
1) efficient use of resources
2) makes a motive for each bird target difficult to trace
I envision that the deep states has multiple turn key FFs operations available to execute in multiple locations at any given time. When a minimum number of preplanned agendas can be accomplished for any given FF, it’s given priority over other possible operations. This way if a news event occurs outside their control and they need to destruct the public, they have a number of prioritized FFs which can be executed at the push of a button or phone call.
