This means little to nothing. Are you actually reading this? It means nothing other than there was no broad set of classified documents that were declassified. Why is this note worry?
The implications are there were no broad set of classified documents declassified before he left office. (Could interpret this to mean, the classified documents that the bureaucratic entity of the United States federal government are worried about were not declassified towards the final days in office but much earlier.)
