I do think these RNA overlays is what Q was pointing to in the last post. DNA doesn't work as simply as we are taught. Between DNA being expressed and proteins being built, there is a world of micro/messenger RNA that has to occur. This transition from DNA translation to protein build is what the SHITBAGS want to get in the middle of and are.
