They try to sell it as not so bad. They try to get their head out of the loops. Their way to get around the blackmailing.
What would you do if your life and the life of your family is threatened? The only way out is to give up the ones above you. Right up to the top.. That's the deal.. And you have to step down bc you can't be trusted anymore. (i guess but I'm not sure).
Some of them are victims themselves. Change my mind.
