if it were really happening no one would be saying it, it would just happen.
the fact of you pretending that it will by saying it means that it won't.
oh ye of much false hope saying stuff about me which, equally, you are just making up, just as the other stuff you said.
for me health came when I started reading the labels of the food I was buying.
I realized that the preprepared things, and 'snack foods' were often filled with things that cause serious inflamation for me.
that would things that I, myself, had figured out by keeping track of what I had eaten when I started to get sore throats, and /or colds.
and thus, for me, I had a list of what I called 'garbage oils' that I said "i can't have this" and guess what it's pretty much all oils except for one that works for me.
the other was a particular type of vegetable (a class of them) that I had to cut out because they cause inflamation.
I figured out an ingredient that I had not suspected and did my research and discovered that the product was often dosed in pesticides and thus it is now considered a possible alergen (something that I never suspected).
also I make all my own sauces now.
I cut out most sugar. I don't eat candy except occasionally. I don't eat things with nuts anymore again, except occasionally.
I buy salt free things now.
I don't eat the snack food that much.
and the other thing: some days I don't eat hardly anything and let my body digest what I had the day before until I get hungry and then just eat.
oh, and a lot of prayer, like when I was feeling very sick: "Lord, please help me figure out what is making me sick"
I did that a lot too.
how is that hard to understand.
the anon interprets things to mean just what anon said.
if it's true or not is the real question.
it's that anon's view.
