In 1953 Frank Olsen was working on weaponizing anthrax. He had significant moral qualms and decided he wanted out. His bosses didn't want that. He ended up out a window of a NYC hotel dying on the sidewalk. At the time it was declared an accident or a suicide. In the 1970s, The CIA called it a result of a non-consensual MK-Ultra LSD test gone bad. In the 1990s, Frank Olson's son autopsied his Dad and uncovered evidence that his father was murdered by the CIA to ensure that he wouldn't talk.
