The idea is for a "it's okay to be white" style campaign. They can be stuck to trees, walls, bulletin boards. Especially good at a known compliant organization. Use discernment, don't be a vandal. Remember back to the original campaign.

It's okay though. We made plenty of leaflets and posted them everywhere. The idea is the same, the content is not.

Doesn't seem so. If it is something less than federal,I believe it must be at least at the state level, and only with consent of congress.
