If you have seen the new Quake 2 Enhanced (social media quake 2), here is what is going on with it.

The new social media empire has decided to deprecate the “connect 192.168.0.1” command of connecting computers to other computers for playing quake ala GameSpy era 90s (often considered the golden age of video gaming / computer gaming) PC gaming. They replace it with the new Social Media way of lobbying a matchmaking service to play with others because their plans of digital rights management and digitization of video games (remember when video games had game cartridges or CD-rom?) is coming for physical books next, and finally human beings through social media. They will not be satisfied until you are connected on a spiritual level and until God is defeated. This is why they keep calling us robots on steam, gog, 4chan, game forums, and everywhere else where we refuse to give them our real names, real pictures, and have a Real ID, and rejecting to play on Steamworks or GOG Galaxy, but continue playing on our own internet with our own doom and quake from 1993. They will continue calling us robots and making fun of us for being robots for using computers to connect to other computers, because we won’t get a brain chip that connects to the other guy’s brain. So they are cyborgs making fun of people and punking them for not wanting to be inside the game where they will not let you back out. Just like they are making fun of us for the complete digitization of physical video game media.

Oddly enough they also use this as a means to advanced their own cringe features in video games now like Hero Shooter MMO cooldown abilities (martial arts style sets of movements like in the matrix you can download king fu to your brain) even though this is seen as super effeminate and cringe by most male gamers.

Essentially treated like cattle without giving cows pasture and having to live in a pen constantly they call Steam or Galaxy etc.
