Being the head of anything is a bit like being the captain of a ship.
You're supposed to calm your seamen.
There's no tension among the mates.
You keep them on board.
Not a worry in the world, soothing sounds of the ocean.
A merchant deck hand once told me "captain, the ship hus sprung a leak" by way of informing me I ought to go down, it being my job.
It was also my job to remain clam and not inform them who had failed in their duty.
All the thinking being said and done it's more like being the heart of things!
