Hochul [press conference]: Today I have sent a letter to [Biden], formally requesting immediate executive action in four key areas [for illegals]:

-Expedited work authorization

-Financial support for federal housing vouchers, schools, healthcare, legal services, case management, and shelter

-Use of more federal facilities to construct new temporary shelters

-Reimbursement for cost of National Guard which have been on the ground at shelters since last year
