If RR steps down, there are 7 more to step up according to LL executive order signed Nov 21, 2016. If she went out of her way to list that many as backup, I imagine it is safe to say they are all corrupt!
The more the Dems try to distract and cover for the corruption, the more the people see it. By the time it is all done, they won't have a speck of integrity or belief.
