The Vatican's criminal laws like that are always in sync with the Italian penal code, as per the Lateran Treaty of 1929. LOOK IT UP. Ffs a guy can't legally even get MARRIED in the Catholic Church until he's at least 16 yrs old, even if the civil law of the country allows him to be younger. Canonically, anyone under the age of 18 is considered a minor by the Catholic Church. Again, LOOK IT UP, it's not a fucking secret! And the law of Vatican City can't contradict the canon law that applies to the whole Church, duh.
