Who has looked at the actual FISA warrant to see if they're talking about the same one?
Or are these 'anonymous' reports?
RR most likely signed a FISA to spy on Comey/McCabe/etc.
Sounds like RR is answering honestly…
He did sign a FISA…just not the one they are describing.
And no one in Congress or anywhere else should see an active FISA, correct?
